As February comes to a close, the Blissfully team has been hard at work developing new features to make it easier and faster to manage apps and employees across your organization. It’s been a mild winter in NYC, but we’re still burning for better SaaS management! 🔥

🚦 Additional Single Sign-On (SSO) options for Blissfully

Using a Single Sign-On provider like Okta, OneLogin, or JumpCloud for your employees to access their key applications? You can now configure Blissfully to allow employees to login to Blissfully using your non-G Suite SSO platform. Setup your SSO configuration from your General Settings and check out our documentation for more instructions. Best of all, this feature is available for all customers at no incremental cost!

🧑‍🏫 Knowledge Base

Blissfully has launched the first iteration of its Knowledge Base! Our Knowledge Base includes an overview of the functionality within Blissfully, guides on connecting all of our integrations, and best practices for getting setup. You can navigate to the Knowledge Base from the dropdown menu by clicking your username on the top right corner of the application or by going directly to https://docs.blissfully.com/. If you have other questions not answered by the Knowledge Base, feel free to drop us a question in the in-app chat or reach out to your Customer Success team.

📃 New custom app properties: Person and Document

Blissfully has added two new custom app property types: “Person” and “Document”. For each app you can now define new roles for each app (e.g., department owner, internal champion, license holder) and assign a specific person in your directory for that role. You can also create document app properties to organize your key documents for each app/vendor (e.g., current contract, security questionnaire, etc.). New custom app properties can be created from the General Settings.

👥 Assign app to team

You can now more easily assign an app to a team from the Apps table or directly on a specific App’s page. You can quickly assign an app to the teams that use as you’re reviewing the list of users or your full list of applications.

App spend in non-USD currencies sourced from accounting and finance integrations will now be converted and represented in USD in all downstream transactions and reports in Blissfully. Blissfully currently supports GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, INR, JPY, BRL, and ILS. Reach out to us in the in-app chat or to your Customer Success team if you have any questions.
